Name: Alex

Age: 24

Works for: I am in sales

Lives in: Los Angeles

Brands on the Street:

  • Ryan Seacrest
  • Rockport
  • Rvca (Editor’s Note: we think he said that, but we are not 100%)
  • Michael Kors
  • Ray Ban

Why these brands?

Rockports are nice comfortable shoes.

I like Michael Kors. It is just the brand name that I like. I am a pretty loyal customer.

Impact on Society

I have no clue

Are you aware of any “shared value” imparted by these brands?

Not the brands I am wearing but doesn’t Zappos do something like that? (Editor’s Note: Zappos has a page on their website dedicated to their higher purpose).

Also, Naturebox does something like that. Every ten packages of food bought they give one to starving children. (note: we searched for this and there was a “donation page” on their site…it was blank…we are not really sure. Maybe Naturebox will get in touch with us).

There are a few companies I know, but they are all food brands. I am a customer of Naturebox.

Did shared value drive these purchasing decisions in any way?

It is not the most important factor in my purchase of Naturebox. It is one factor, just not the most important.

Aside from purchasing decisions, is there any way you personally try to do good in the world?

Not any in particular, just through my church.
