Brands: My glasses are Warby Parker. My shoes are Nike. My wife got me these jeans, I’m not sure of the brand. This bag is Patagonia. Wells Fargo is my bank, and my credit card is Visa, only because it’s the first one I got and I just haven’t changed.

Why those brands?

I really like the bag so if I were to buy another it would be Patagonia. It’s seven years old and has held up very well. It’s a perfect size and it looks new even though it’s old. For the glasses, I liked Warby Parker because they’ll send a few pairs for you to try on at home. I liked that instead of having to go into a glasses store and doing that whole thing. So I will use Warby Parker again when I have to get new glasses.

Did you know about Warby Parker’s giveback program before you bought them?

No. What got me to use them was the home try-on.

Will the giveback program have an impact on your future purchases?

It’s nice. I’m happy they do it, but I wouldn’t go there simply for the giveback.

Are you involved in any charitable organizations?

We have three that we contribute to every year, but I’m not a member of any charitable group.

Are there any brands that you would not buy?

Not that I can think of.
